On June 29, President amends June 24 proclamation 10052 barring entry of certain nonimmigrants

On Jun 29, the president issued an amendment to Proclamation 10052 (issued on June 24). The amendment narrows the class of individuals eligible for an exemption to the original ban.

Section 3(a)(ii) was amended to add the following bold text:

“(ii) does not have a nonimmigrant visa, of any of the classifications specified in section 2 of this proclamation and pursuant to which the alien is seeking entry, that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation;
