Summer L. Robertson has over twenty years of experience as an immigration lawyer handling nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing, successfully resolving sophisticated and complex immigration legal matters.
As a graduate of Nova Southeastern University in 1997 (B.S., Dean's List) and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2000 (JD, Cum Laude) Summer epitomizes the attributes of what it takes to be successful in today's environment, as evidenced by her nomination and subsequent attainment of Nova Southeastern University's Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Society and Team Leader of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She wrote an article on sea interdictions that was published in the ILSA Journal. Summer has been named one of the Top Attorneys in Florida by Super Lawyers and has twice been named among the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County.
Committed to giving back to the community, Summer is a member of the Royal Dames of Cancer Research for NSU, the Circle of Wise Women for Junior Achievement of South Florida, Boys & Girls Clubs, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Summer is a member of the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida.
